Its range of personal training zones means you can train at the right intensity, and with advanced features and an s3 stride sensor W.I.N.D., you'll be able to track your progress with running index as well as stride length and running cadence. The unit synchronizes with proprietary Polar ProTrainer 5 software for guidance, analysis, and creating individual training settings, and a highly sensitive barometric altitude sensor shows your elevation profiles. Using this tool provides you with objective measurement of your performance level during each run via the running index feature, and determine if your training program and recovery time are optimally developing performance.
